Temporary Bus Pass
Guidelines for Temporary Bus Passes
- Request: Parents or guardians must email the school to request a temporary pass.
- Approval: The campus bus coordinator/administrator or other designee will approve or deny the request.
- Reasons for denial may include disciplinary action, no parental permission, or limited seating.
- Presentation: After the temporary pass is approved and signed, the student will present the temporary pass to the bus driver. The bus driver will take the temporary bus pass and admit the student on board. No permanent bus passes will be authorized.
- Information: When requesting a bus pass, please include:
- student name
- bus number
- the date(s)
- the destination or corner at which the student will be getting off
