Student Service Office Information for North Point High School  

Parents and guardians of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade new students zoned for North Point and 9th-grade private school students accepted into the CTE Program need to register online.  Once the registration information has been confirmed by the Student Services Secretary, the parent/guardian will receive an email requesting a call to the school at 301-753-1759 to schedule a registration appointment.  The earliest appointment time will be 8:00 am, and the last appointment time will be 1:00 pm. Parents should check the Charles County Public Schools website and use the School Locator link to be sure of their student’s zoned high school. Parents may call Student Services at 301-934-7470 to schedule a registration appointment for their student with his/her assigned counselor.

Student Withdrawal Procedures

Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their children from North Point High School must do so in person in the counseling department. We encourage parents/guardians to give the counseling department secretary a two-school day notice of the withdrawal. Parents/guardians must:

Submit COMPLETED FORM

  • Provide photo identification (students can only be withdrawn by their biological parent or legal guardian)

Prior to their last day of school attendance, students must:

  • Return all school issued books, equipment, uniforms
  • Pay any debts or fines to the cafeteria, library, or school
  • School Computer

At the time of withdrawal, the parent/guardian will receive:

  • Proof of the withdrawal, which will include transfer grades (grades can only be available if the two-school day notice is given)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of immunization record
  • Copy of current schedule
  • Proof of enrollment in new school

All other records will be given directly to the school after a request of records is received in our office.

Hours for Withdrawal:  Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

                                                                                                            Attention Seniors 

As we look forward to preparing for senior awards and graduation programs this school year 2024, it is imperative that you give a copy of your college acceptance letter(s), scholarship award letter(s), military endorsements, SAT (1200 and above) and ACT scores (26 and above), to your School Professional Counselor and College and Career Advisor Ms. Deidre Anderson,  by April 15, 2024 for this information to be recognized in the official awards and graduation program(s).  If you have any questions, please contact the Student Services office.
