Parent Scheduled Teacher Conferences:
Most times parent concerns can be resolved through direct communication between teachers and parents. Sometimes, however, a parent will want to request a meeting even after direct communication. When a parent requests a conference, the parent should call Student Services and speak with the assigned counselor. Conferences will be scheduled on Tuesday - Thursday at 7:40 am or 2:50 pm. Conferences will be held in person or via WebEx. Teachers will be given a minimum of 2-day notice of a scheduled conference.
Teachers are asked to report on time, bring a current grade report and any relevant classwork or test to show the parent. Teachers will be prepared to discuss progress, behavior, and academic struggles in the class, and offer recommendations for parents and students to employ in the home environment that support student improvement.
If a teacher is unable to attend, he/she will inform the counselor and personally contact the parent prior to the scheduled conference. If absent the day of the conference, he/she will personally contact the parent as soon as possible thereafter.
Homework Requests:

Parents can email teachers directly.
